BobBigCack made his first Game Battles appearance with the LRSD last night and boy did he come up big.  The LRSD was working on closing out it’s 7th Game Battles victory but the other team was battling back and it seemed to be slipping away.  It was game three of the 3 game series and the LRSD was winning the round 3-0.  The LRSD looked well on there way to a victory but then they started to struggle.

Team LRSD dropped a game they should of had in the bag and the lead was now 3-1.  Then they dropped another game and now the lead was only 3-2. If the LRSD didn’t want to go into overtime they needed to win this game.  They were on offense and looking to plant the bomb.  The map was downfall and the LRSD started running towards A.  Boom Mad Dog goes down, then Takedown, then Gymbo, then Feccy, leaving only BigCack alive in his first Game Battles appearance this season.  There was about 30 seconds left on the clock and BigCack was left a lone to face two members of the other team.  It was a two on one and BigCack had a choice, he can either go try and plant the bomb or go for the kill.

BigCack ran past the bomb site and started running out looking for the enemies.  With the other members of the LRSD watching and wondering why isn’t he planting the bomb.  Now there is like 6 seconds left on the clock and BigCack spots the first enemy and BOOM takes em out.  As time trickles down BigCack is searching for the last enemy.  Members watching on the other team were yelling “NOOO don’t get killed.. Don’t Run Out.”With time running out BigCack spots the last enemy and guns him down and takes home the victory.

BigCack pulls through in arguably one of the most clutch moments of all time.  Now that’s how you get BigCacked in 6 seconds or less.

Where is Magic Wooshy?

Magic was once one of the poster boys of the LRSD but now he’s just another soldier.  Wooshy use to be someone the younger players could look up to but now Wooshy is one of those confused young players.  Wooshy needs guidance and he needs to be attending LRSD practice, meetings and team battles. Will Wooshy get back on track?

Some members around the LRSD are starting to question Magic’s dedication and loyalty to the clan.  Gymbo said “Wooshy use to be good, now he’s barely around. Even when he is around its like he’s invisible.  He doesn’t know the strats, he’s just lost.  Hopefully Wooshy will come back home.”

Feccy said “I don’t think he is as dedicated as he once was.  Maybe he doesn’t have the heart of a champion.  Maybe he likes to lose. Wooshy’s World?? You kidding me.. It’s more like where in the World is Wooshy.. Lately Wooshy is kind of like Waldo.. hard to find…”

Takedown said “Without Wooshy we are still unstoppable.. Wooshy never makes his presence felt anyway.. He’s not Takedownspecial. Takedownspecial does work!! Obviously Wooshy does not…”

The Madden League continues and the story so far is the dominance of GymboSlice. Gymbo (7-0) has been owning everyone in the league so far and it doesn’t look like he is going to be stopped. Gymbo’s last three games he has outscored his opponents 68-0 (One of the Games didn’t make it to half time). Paco, Feccy and Starnards couldn’t break past Gymbo and his G-Men.

Feccy was the first victim on Gymbo’s amazing shutout streak. Feccy quit the game right before half time, the score was only 10-0 at the time but Gymbo was driving and getting the ball at half (It probably would of been at least 13-0 and Gymbo’s ball at the half).

Next up was Paco (1-9) and basically Paco’s struggles continued and he lost by a score of 30-0.  So far Paco is 0-2 versus Gymbo and Paco has been out scored 65-8 in the two games. NOTE: Paco’s sole victory comes against Feccy because Feccy lagged out in the middle of the game.  Paco accepted the victory by accident.  So basically Paco is the Detroit Lions of the LRSD Madden League and is desperate for his first official victory.

Then it was the rematch versus StarNards.  Last time Gymbo faced Nards the game froze with Gymbo driving in the last 50 seconds with a chance to tie or win the game.  The game was ruled as incomplete and they were forced to play again. This time Gymbo didn’t need a last minute drive to win the game because Nards offense failed to show up for the game.  Gymbo’s defense was just too much for Nards as Gymbo recorded his third shutout in a row with a 28-0 victory.

What Have We Learned So Far?

  • Not only does DEFENSE win Championships but it also wins Madden Games.
  • Gymbo might be levels above the competition.
  • Paco needs to win a real game.
  • Gymbo should be sponsored by Citizen Eco Drive because he is Unstoppable just like the people who wear their watches.
  • Takedownspecial coaches better then Vince Lombardi.
  • Mad Dog is too scared to face Gymboslice in a Madden Game.
  • Nards and Feccy J have similar mental breakdowns.

Other News

BobBigCack has joined the Madden League.  BigCack was tired of watching Gymboslice dominate everyone from the sidelines, so he joined the league and is rumored to be the next big thing.  BobBigCack has been studying a lot of film and feels with a couple warm up games he can hand Gymboslice his first loss.

Breezy is back on track!  After suffering a 21-11 defeat at the hands of Gymboslice, Breezy has won 3 in a row. Breezy feels he is ready for his rematch with Gymboslice and said he will not make the same mistakes again.  (They will probably rematch sometime this week or next.) NOTE: Breezy was nearly shut out by Gymboslice and recorded all 11 of his points in garbage time.

The Madden League has officially started and has been underway for the past couple days now.  It looks like its going to be a competitive league.  Gymboslice has started off hot with 3 wins in a row while Paco5000 has stumbled out the gate and has started 0-3.  BobBigCack will be joining the league and take the place of Pafinator.  If anyone is interested in joining the league please let Gymboslice know the final cut off will be next week.

So what has been going down in the league?

Right now Gymboslice has been pretty much rock solid and holds a record of 3-0. Gymbo is probably one of the favorites to wins this league so look for big things out of Gymboslice.  Is anyone going to be able to stop this kid? Gymbo has already taken down Paco, Bore and Feccy J.  Who is next?

Paco has struggled early on and has been outclassed in almost everyone one of his match ups.  Paco got destroyed by Gymboslice and Breezy and put up only 8 points in each game.  Then after losing two in a row Paco lost a heartbreaker to Bore.  Any time you lose to Bore in anything its pretty much a heartbreaker.

Bore has gotten better but there’s still room for improvement.  Bore started out the season 1-0 after his victory over Paco but then followed it up with two devastating loses to Gymboslice and StarNards.  Bore blew a 10-0 lead against Nards and then blew a 1 point lead with 50 seconds to go against Gymboslice.  Can Bore recover from back to back devastating loses? Does Bore need extra tissues?

Feccy J lost a defensive struggle against Gymboslice and scored a league low 3 points.  Feccy J and his Dolphins fought hard but his pink power wasn’t enough to stop the Great Gymboslice.  Feccy played a solid but could only manage to put up 3 measly points. Feccy J had several mental breakdowns in this game and he yells at his Madden players like Tom Coughlin yells at the referees.

Breezy showed why he was one of the early favorites and destroyed Paco.  Breezy is known to be a ruthless player and when he has another team down he goes for the kill. Breezy and his Vikings are looking to conquer the LRSD Madden League.

Nards came back down 10 points and took out Bore in there first meeting.  Nards managed to control his mental breakdown and fought back to give Bore his first loss.  So can being crazy make you better at Madden? Who knows but Nards and his Jets might just be contenders.

Scoreboard

  • Breezy 39 – Paco 8
  • GymboSlice 35 – Paco 8
  • Starnards 21 – Bore 10
  • Bore 28 – Paco 20
  • GymboSlice 13 – Feccy 3
  • Gymboslice 31 – Bore 29

It’s official the great Jeffrosaw has returned to the LRSD.  He has been absent for quite some time.  Rumor has it he’s been off training in the Himalaya Mountains.  He has been sharpening his battle skills and now knows how to kill an enemy with his knife 55 different ways.  After his long survival mission Mr. Jeffro feels he is ready to take his place back on Alpha Team.  He just might be the fire power the LRSD has been missing.  Now with Jeffrosaw back in the lineup expect big things from Alpha team in the future.

The media caught up with Mad Dog to ask him what he thought about Jeffrosaw’s return. Mad Dog said “It’s great to have Jeffro back and it feels good having some big time fire power out on the battlefield.  I was getting tired of seeing all these snipers.  My back was starting to hurt from carrying all this weight around.  Now that Jeffro is back it can take some of the burden off our key players.”

(Jeffrosaw was not ready to grant us an interview but hopefully we can catch up with Mr. Saw this week.)

Now that Jeffrosaw has returned to the lineup and blostered an already stacked Alpha Team been on the Look Out for big things.  Quite possibly a 1,000 game win streak is on the horizon.
