Dynasty thought this might be helpful for everyone in the LRSD.  This is a weapons chart that breaks down the effectiveness of every Call of Duty: World at War weapon. (Note: When these guns are in the hands of Gymboslice they increase in effectiveness 100%.) The websites information are based off the PC version but I would imagine it is very similar to the Xbox 360 version.

They got tons of other great information here on the COD Wiki and they have more weapon charts and other helpful stats here at this Call of Duty Blog. Notice how the PC version doesn’t have the Gymbo Perk.

Thanks Dynasty for finding this great information.

Battle on!

Alpha Scrimmages Bravo

Alpha and Bravo Team scrimmaged the other night and Alpha won 3 games to 2.  Bravo was impressive and fought very hard.  They won 2 of the 5 maps the teams played in the scrimmage but lost the 5 game series 3-2.  Bobby Shadow was the star of the show and he managed to snipe 4 LRSD Alpha Members in 1 round. Iconz said “I was most impressed with Bobby Shadow and I think he’s going to be really good.” Some people might wondering if Bravo is really that good or did Alpha Team hand them a couple games.

14 Game Win Streak

LRSD Alpha is currently riding a 14 game win streak in there Game Battles Season.  LRSD Alpha currently holds a record of 28-7.  During the win streak they have defeated the 5th, 80th and 110th overall ranked Game Battles Teams. The streak also contains a win over LRSD Bravo in Game Battles by a score of 2-0.  The streak has been a great team effort and congrats to everyone involved.  Lets see how long this can continue.

Bravo Challenges Alpha on Game Battles

After the scrimmage some of the LRSD Bravo members felt very confident that they could beat LRSD Alpha in a real match.  So they went out and challenged the Alpha Team on Game Battles and paid the price.  Scrimmages and Game Battles are two totally different things and Bravo learned that lesson the hard way.  Scrimmages are nothing more then a glorified practice but when it comes to Game Battles Alpha Team turns up their intensity a couple notches.  Bravo witnessed this by getting smacked down 2-0.  This may be why A comes before B in the alphabet.  (Scoreboard: Game 1: 4-2, Game 2: 4-0).

LRSD Alpha Recruits

LRSD Alpha would like to introduce their new recruits RandyMCteig III, Cakefarts13 and ChopstiX McGee.  Alpha Team is kinda like the New York Yankees, they just keep stacking up the talent.  Randy McTeig and ChopstiX McGee are already making an impact on Alpha Team and have been playing with the Alpha Team during this 14 game win streak. CakeFarts will probably get some playing time later this week.

One vs One Tournament

LRSD will be hosting its first ever 1 vs 1 tournament.  Top prize is rumored to include a capture card. The tournament will take place later this month and it will take place over a couple weeks time.  It will be a single elimination tournament and the brackets will be created at random.  Everyone in the LRSD is eligible to compete.  Even the great Mad Dog will be entering.   Contact Gymboslice if you want to be a part of history.

Charlie Team Wants Rematch

Rumblings of a rematch with Bravo Team have been started up again by HighFive.  He claims that his absence was the major reason why Charlie Team lost to Bravo Team.  HighFive said he wants control of Charlie and another shot at Bravo Team.  He feels with a couple line up changes Charlie could beat Bravo.  Not many members of the LRSD feel a rematch is needed.  Who knows if Charlie Team is even serious, this might just be another scam to try and get some media attention.

Bravo Team Locks Up First Victory

Congrats to the LRSD Bravo Team for recording there first GB victory. They are currently 1-4 but they are just starting to jell together and everyone in the LRSD expects big things out of them. Remember Bravo doesn’t stand for BAD so don’t take these guys lightly. These guys are solid individual players and once they start jelling as a team they will be hard to beat.

First Victory: LRSD Bravo 2 – N830B 1. Type: Team Deathmatch

LRSD Splits in Three

After a one month lay off Gymbo returns to Madden and hands it to Bore.  Bore has been preparing for a rematch with Gymbo in for a long time and he has preparing himself for this day since the last time Gymbo defeated him.  Gymbo really didn’t want to take this match again because there hasn’t been a competitive game between him and Bore ever.  Bore has been running his mouth for a while so Gymbo finally gave in and came out of retirement and gave Bore once last chance at the Champ.

Gymbo struggled early and showed some ring rust but he got through it and showed why he was the better player.  Gymbo gift wrapped 2 ints for Bore and he also handed him a fumble but Bore didn’t know what to do with all the turnovers.  Gymbo proved he can overcome any situation and still dominate. At one point it looked like Bore had a chance when the score was 21-17 but that sliver of hope was soon crushed by Gymbo.  After 14 unanswered points by Gymbo and another touchdown on the horizon, Bore threw in the towel.

This was the closest Bore had come at defeating the great Gymboslice and I got a feeling this is probably the closet he will ever come.

Feccy J missed another team meeting and practice session yesterday and team officials have reported they are tired of Feccy J acting bigger then the team and they are going to suspend him for two weeks.  Team officials said Feccy J did not call in to report his whereabouts and why he would be missing the meeting. We caught up with an anonymous team official.

Reporter: “Is it strange for a team to suspend a player of Feccy J’s caliber without a fair warning?”

Anonymous Team Official: “This is not the first time Feccy J has gotten out of line and according to our records Feccy J has missed practice 52 times and he’s been fined several times.  Feccy J has become a problem to the team and it has hurt the growth of our young LRSD players. Feccy J can take some time off until he is serious about being apart of the elite LRSD team.  No one team member is more important then the other so our stance on this issue will not be moved.”

Reporter: “Is it true that Feccy J has been demoted down to Charlie Team leader?  Why wasn’t action taken sooner if Feccy J has been late or missed practice 52 times?

Anonymous Team Official: “We have heard rumors about Feccy J being dropped down to Charlie Team but none of this true.  If Feccy J’s continues to miss practice and meetings the team will not have a problem with putting Feccy J on Charlie Team.  His performance right now isn’t up to par and we feel it could either be his lack of practice with the LRSD.  That is all the questions I will answer right now.”
