deathbloomsLast night in an exciting battle the LRSD squared off against the former 2nd ranked team on GameBattles, the Death Blooms. It was a great match and hard fought by both teams with the LRSD emerging as the better team on this night.  The LRSD controlled the pace of the battle and they took the three game series 2-0.

First Game the LRSD drove the DeathBlooms right off the map in war with relative ease and then finished them off by beating them up in a Team Death Match. The Death Blooms has given the LRSD fits before but not on this night.  This time the LRSD challenged them to a game of Map Gen. Map Gen is totally random and it can be any game mode and it is a true test of ones skills in the entire COD: World at War game. It was pretty obvious right from the start last night that LRSD came to play and showed they were the better all around team. They were able to push the Death Blooms all over the map in war and then they took it a huge early lead over the Death Blooms in Team Death Match and coasted to the easy victory.

For some strange reason after the game the Death Blooms had the nerve to leave negative feedback about the LRSD saying the LRSD camps and only uses gas grenades. Whether this accusations are true or not this clearly showcased the lack of class and sportsmanship by the Death Blooms and its unfortunate they would have to take this road. We thought the Death Blooms were a class act and all around good guys and I guess that is true until you destroy them on the battlefield.  They should of taken the loss like men and not made any excuses.

A couple hours after match the Death Blooms disbanded their clan.  It’s sad that the LRSD caused the death of the Death Blooms but hopefully this will teach them a lesson.

codpicAfter much debating the LRSD has decided to end the inner squad rival between B and C and have them unite into one team. They will now form LRSD II and hopefully this will help them make a late push towards the playoffs.

Why the merge? B and C just weren’t getting it done. Both teams have a lot of talent players so why separate them when you can combine them and get the best of both teams playing side by side.  With the merger we expect them to get more GB games done and for them to have a shot at making the top 64.

Leading this team will be JigSaw. Co-Leaders will be Paco and Chub with the Captains being Overdose and Bobby Shadow. Pafinator will also hold a very important role whenever he steps on the battlefield with this team.

call-of-duty-world-at-warLRSD A-Team Cracks Top 40

Congrats to the LRSD for cracking the top 50 and recording 60th win. All the hard work and dedication is paying off.  Alpha Team is really coming together as a true team.  Look for the LRSD to continue to rise through the standings.  They could possibly be on the first page in the upcoming weeks. (Currently Ranked 33rd)

Mad Dog Goes Clutch

In an amazing Game Battles game vs. the Lost Recon Soldiers, Mad Dog goes clutch in OT not once but twice.

With the 1st game on the line the LRSD was down 3 guys to 1 in OT.  It didn’t look good for the LRSD but there was still hope because that one guy was Mad Dog. Mad Dog didn’t give up, he went on the attack and took down 3 Lost Recon members for the game one victory.

Then in game two the match went to overtime and again it was Mad Dog left in a 3 on 1 situation.  Mad Dog wasn’t scared but he could smell the fear of the Lost Recon members and he went in for the kill.  Mad Dog eventually took out all three remaining Lost Recon members and brings home another win for the LRSD.

The two overtime clutches by Mad Dog will probably earn him Clutch Player of the Month.

Iconz Tells Mad Dog to Get Down

During a heated Game Battles game Mad Dog was getting a little frustrated. Mad Dog was yelling “Enemy on the Right side.. Right Side…” Iconz saw Mad Dog was in a bad spot and he started yelling to Mad Dog to get down.  Iconz said “Get Down Mad Dog, Get Down.” Mad Dog eventually died and was frustrated but Iconz tried to comfort him by saying he should of gotten down.

Charlie Team Working Hard

Lately Charlie Team has been putting in a lot of work and they are really coming together as a team.  Since Chub has taken command of Charlie Team they are actually a respectable team. A few members of Charlie Team have spoken out and said they are ready and they can’t wait for this Bravo vs. Charlie Team match up. They feel the outcome is going to be different.

Is Charlie Team Ready for Bravo?

Bobby Shadow Building Another Team?

Rumors are circulating that Bobby Shadow is building another clan. Paco said he heard Shadow was teaching the way of the LRSD to another clan. If this is true Shadow could face suspension.  Bobby Shadow is one of the future stars of the LRSD and it seems hard to believe he would try to build a team to come after the LRSD. All we can say is “Many have tried and many have failed.”

lostWe still have a couple guys floating around the LRSD without a team.  Before you go out and recruit more players for the LRSD take a look at the guys on Delta / Reserves List.  The LRSD free agent list has some quality guys that have been around the LRSD and know a lot of the strategies.  If your looking for a tough veteran to play on Bravo or Charlie give one of these guys a shot.

RazorHead was a former Charlie Team member and has gotten lost in the recent transition. Razorhead is one the the original members of the LRSD, so hes gotta know something after all these years.  The only problem with Razorhead is finding out when he’ll be available for games.  RazorHead can throw on a flak jacket with the best of em and clear a mine field for your team.  He can be a quality reserve player for either Bravo or Charlie.

StarNards has been around for a long time and he will need a team to join when his xbox is repaired.  Nards brings a lot of intensity to a team and he’s a true competitor. Nards is a quality gun and would fit well on either Bravo or Charlie. He does have Game Battles experience with the old Charlie Team and when his xbox is fixed he will be a great addition to any team.

Bore the former Charlie Team Leader is still in need of a team.  This guy may not be the most accurate shooter in the game (90% air, 5% Wall and 5% Body) but he is a body that a team could use on the battlefield.  Bore is trainable and he can play well when given the opportunity. He may talk more then he kills enemies but thats just a bonus of having Bore on your team. Bore may of failed as a leader but he is motivated and wants to be apart of a team that does Game Battles.

Empreza is still available and is looking for a team to play on.  Empreza is a former Alpha Team member that was lost in the transition and Alpha Team will not be bringing him back this Game Battle season.  Empreza is a solid sniper and he isn’t bad with a rifle either.  Empreza does have Game Battles experience and can be an asset to any team. If you can keep him focused then you’ll have a quality player on your hands.  (Currently Empreza is leaning towards building a hardcore team for the LRSD.)

Other members that would be great for part time roles for your teams would be HighFive, KillTyrant and Breezy.  These guys aren’t available everyday but they are veterans of the LRSD. If you needed a plug and play guy these guys wouldn’t be a bad option.  They all pretty good team players and know all the strategies.

If you are interesting in adding one of these guys to your line up or need help contacting any of these guys let Gymbo know.

If you haven’t heard Bravo and Charlie are struggling.

Bravo has a record of 22-21 which isn’t all that bad but it isn’t good either.  Their teamwork has been questionable as of late and Bravo is good enough to be a playoff team but they gotta start playing like one.  Mad Dog feels they just need a good kick in the a$$ and that will get them rolling.

Charlie on the other hand is a mess.  They have come a long way from where they were before but they are still a mess. Their piss poor performance on Game Battles has gotten their first leader RussellCrow fired. Now its going to be up to Chub to square these guys away.

These teams need to remember they are representing the LRSD and if they are not going to play as a team, then they are not going to play for the LRSD.

Mad Dog has been furious with their performances and he wants to send these guys a message.  Here is a little speech Mad Dog wanted to share with Bravo and Charlie Team.

Warning! Warning! Strong Language Featured in Video.

Are these guys really following the LRSD way? Are they implementing the same strats that make LRSD Alpha such an unstoppable force? Are they taking time to ask Alpha members for help? Does Charlie and Bravo like to lose?
